Returns

We have a 14-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in its original condition. Your 14 days starts from when your order is delivered. If at any point during those 14 days you decide that any of the products are not for you, then just return them for a full refund or exchange.

By original condition we mean:

  • You've kept all original packaging in good condition and the product can be resold at full retail price
  • You haven't used the product

What Can’t be Returned

  • Purchase received over 14 days ago
  • Items you have open or unsealed, other than where necessary to inspect the item
  • Items without original packaging
  • Items or packaging in poor condition
  • Lubricant and Lubricant Bundles

How To Return

To start a return, please head to our accounts page and follow the process to initiate a return request. Once we have received your request you can expect response within 48 hours. If you do have any questions, then you can send them to us at hello@mechmods.co.uk.

Return Shipping

UK Returns Shipping

Once your return request has been received and accepted we will provide you with a link to our Royal Mail returns portal, where you will be able to generate a return shipping label. The cost of using our returns portal is £3.99 and this amount will be deducted from your refund if you use this service.

Should you wish to arrange return postage yourself, please ensure that you have initiated a return request as described above and make sure your order number is referenced inside the package.

For all returns we recommend that you retain proof of postage until you hear from us, to avoid any ambiguity in case of loss or delay.

International Returns Shipping

International customers are resposible for all shipping costs assosiated with returning a product(s). We reccomend that you return your product(s) via a tracked and insured service to ensure the goods are returned to us safely. No refunds will be offered on goods that do not arrive back to us or on goods that arrive with transit damage.

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will start processing it. Assuming that we find no issues with your return and that the goods are in a saleable condition, your refund will be processed. You’ll be sent a refund notification email, and your refund will be credited to your original payment method.

We can’t guarantee exactly when your refund will show up on your card statement, but it is typically within 3-5 working days after the refund has been processed on our end.

Refunds can only be returned to the original method of payment.

If you paid extra for shipping (Tracked 24, Special Delivery, DHL or International Tracked), this cost will not be refunded if you decide to return your order - we will only refund the cost of the returned items. The only exceptions to this are if guaranteed shipping arrives late, or in the unlikely event of a product fault or shipping damage.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet, but have had an email from us confirming your refund, please double check your bank account. If you have still not received your refund after 7 working days, please check with your card provider to see what the status of your refund is.
